MTN CONTRACT CANCELLATION.

Since my first review, this is the response I have received from MTN on the 30th of June and this morning - Dear Customer, Your query *** has been opened. Please contact call center if you require more information. Thank you for using MTN. Have a Y’ello day.

I don't even know what this means to me as a customer, as my account was debited, and I had to reverse the debit order, since it was not for the agreed amount.

No one has bothered to even call and explain themselves, not u less if this is what they always do to their customers.
