MTN contract cancellation

I have been trying to cancel my expired contract with MTN for the past 2 months. You can't cancel a contract in store. When phoning the call centre/cancellation option there is NO answer no matter how long you hold or how many times you try. I have also sent numerous emails to customer services and cancellation/escalation. Got the automated reply, still waiting for a personal reply. They simply don't care, you are just one of millions that they keep milking for as long as possible.
