MTN contract cancellation

I called the call centre as soon as you followed the prompt for "cancellations" the line was disconnected. After several attempts ending in the line just disconnected I have been trying to cancel my router contract since June 2023. I cannot keep paying for a service I no longer need. The MTN service is appalling. I would not recommend it to anyone. Prior to all this my experience with MTN has been great. PLEASE cancel my contract.
