MTN contract cancellation
I took a SIM card contract 2 years ago , which is 16gb and the premium is 169 , Last year I lost my phone and I tried to cancel the contract .. Wmaoled them and they asked for 353 amount which is a cancellation fee and afterwards there's no response and there's no one willing to help .. They are just ****ming people . Doing back and forth which is annoying .. They are denying the money they asked which is 353

06 Feb 2026, 17:37After I sent the money they asked me to wait 48 hours for it to reflect on their side and last time they responded they asked which account number i used when sending the money and I showed them the email they sent with account number .. Afterwards the was no response at all .. Imagine taking advantage of people and I'm so sick and tired of this back and forth .. Imagine I tried to cancel this a year ago and im still struggling with the same thing .. MTN stop hiring ****** and deliver to the customers ..Such a well known company this is disgusting ...
