MTN contract cancellation

Trying to cancel a contract! Each time I phone MTN call centre (waiting for more than an hour each time) I get cut off or they transfer me and also getting cut off. I got 2 reference numbers to cancel a contract from MTN, but still paying for the contract!!! I want my money back, been paying for a contract for the 3rd month now after I cancelled it.
