MTN Contract cancellation
Good day Sir/Madam

I've sent Mtn an email on the 14 July 2015 to indicate to them that I will not be upgrading my contract. I tried phoning 808 as I was told to do so by one of their consulants in their stores. With no joy as the line stays busy. I asked them in the email to please reply on the email to confirm that they received the email. They did not reply at all. The number the contract is relating to is, ***. It belongs to my sister in law which I pay for. So please MTN I'm not going to upgrade that specific number thank you.
