Mtn contract cancellation

I have 2 weeks trying to cancel my contract, when I went to branch they told to deal cancellation number, when I call the number they answered after 1 hour then try drop the call without assisting me , they don’t even bother to call me back, the call center are not help full They are going to charge me of n I’m trying to call to cancel my contract.
