Mtn contract cancelation problem

Hi all. My name is Lorenzo Appolis. I have had a wifi uncapped month to month cancel anytime contract with mtn for R249 a month. They increased their debit to R269 and dropped the fup from 200 gig to 100 gig after only a few months with them! I went in to cancel the contract just to see they were still deducting money from my account! I went a second time and they canceled it for me over the phone while in the store and promised it will be canceled but still nothing! It's been almost a year now. Please people don't use mtn services they are *******! I considering going to court with them. Stay away from mtn!
