Mtn contract cancelation problem

I have been trying to call my contract since last year September and the customer center always tell me they will get back to me but still every month you deduct money from my account, and when I reverse it you close my line, I made contact with you more than 10 times now and it doesn't look like you want to cancel my contract. What must I do?
