MTN contract cancelation failure and financial *****.

I have been trying to cancel my month-to-month contract for MTN data sim card for the last 3 months. MTN however continue to deduct funds from my account without my authority. The failing of their fiduciary duties to perform the cancelation request as promised indicates their business ethic and how they value their customer support.
