MTN Contract Cancelation

MTN is good at making people take contracts and they agents give false information when they want to take your money.

I have two data contracts from MTN I was told I can cancel one easy smoth process but now I am stuck with two contacts and been trying to cancel since October last year. You don't get help in store they tell you to send a email you send it they responses are delayed with no solution claiming that they tried to call you where as in they didn't. When I call I get transferred from pillar to post and put on hold for an hour they have the worst customer and don't respect they loyal customers this would be my 3rd contract with them but it's the thank you I get.
