MTN contract cancelation

MTN service is nonsense, I have been send from Pilar to post since last year October regarding my contract cancelation.I was given reference numbers to show that the contract was canceled.But they never stopped debiting my account. Today I received a message that my account is handed over to Vericred for collection.What are they going to collect because I don't owe them?
