MTN Contract Cancelation

I have been calling MTN call-center for about an hour now trying to cancel my contract. Unfortunately, I have spoken to 6 consultants ( Precious, Miguel, Janine and I have forgotten the names of the others). They all give me different stories of, it's an early cancelation and you will be charged for an early cancelation while my contract expires exactly on June 16, and wanting me to upgrade. When I say I don't want to upgrade, they say "The system is down" so if I were to upgrade the system would be running. They have all dropped my calls. Even if I were to upgrade, with such service I definitinely wouldn't. I am so disappointed with MTN, it has always been my network service provider.
