MTN Contract cancelation

I am totally not pleased with MTN,I have a Contract that I'm still struggling to close even now which ended on the 17th July 2021. I spoke with different consultants who promised to connect me with the retention department and everytime I have to reach that department the call would get cut

One of the consultants promised to send an email on my behalf to the department should I not reach them again as I was trying over and over again. I requested to be cc'd on the email but there was no email sent. I was also advised to email straight to them, I also did. Responses were sent and review questions that I answered but there was no further response.

They continued to bill me,which I then decided to reverse since I sent a notice on time but there was no response on their side. Last week I then decided to rather report the Sim to be lost since I couldn't get hold of them still.

I need and request Hellopeter to assist me with cancelation of this contract and I personally think I have no money owing them since the problem was the response on their side
