Mtn contract cancelation

My sister app**** for a sim only contract in Augsust 2019. The contract expires soon in August 2021 but she want to cancel the contract but absolutely nobody can help her. She went to a mtn store a few times and she phoned them several times but with no success. Mtn southafrica this is very bad client service. I hope someone can help us with this.
