MTN contract cancelation

I have the worst experience with this network provider. I had a 24 month contract for a router which came to an end in October. In November I was debited and had a discussion with one of their agents who mentioned that because I did not cancel the contract I'd still be getting debited. Double the amount was then debited which I then contacted cancelations and retentions. As of yesterday R969 was debited. I called and even walked into an MTN store, I was told to await retentions. I am so fed up and honestly want my money back and to have this contract canceled. I would not advise anyone to get a contract with MTN. Yuck! I find it percu**** how when we sign contracts not all the information is given yet we as customers are expected to miraculously know we have to call and cancel and already completed contract. Utter nonsense.
