MTN contract cancelation

A***- I am trying to cancel my MTN contract but no one at MTN is able to assist. It is impossible to get through to retention and for some reason beyond me no one at an MTN store is able to assist me . Spoke to Kashnee Naidoo (reference ***) who send an email to her manager Lindiwe Mdubo to assist. Still no feedback. Really bad customer service. It is so frustrating getting calls this week asking me to upgrade but no one can assist me to cancel the contract
