Mtn contract

If there was a negative 1 I'd rate that. From my knowledge my mtn contract has been cancelled, a week ago I received an SMS that it is in arrears. I called MTN to ask what is happening and the consultant transferred me to mtn legal the lady was rude and transferred me to another department without any explanation. Eventually they said they'll call me to fix and I am still waiting. This is affecting my credit score badly and mtn is doing nothing about it.
