Mtn contract breach

I am so upset words cant even begin to explain i upgraded to a Samsung phone the 7th Oct upon using the phone it got extremely hot, i switched it off and took it back the Monday the store advised that it does get hot and needs to send the divice in it will take 2 to 3 days!!! its 2 weeks later and nothing, services repairs and customer service, everyone wipes their ass off, as from today i wont have a phone as my back up is broken i dont have another phone i will be taking mtn to court for loss of income and breach of contract looks like a person needs a battery to either blow up in their face or hand for someone to do something becouse you just dont give a ****.
