MTN Contract blues

My contract expires on 11 October 2022. I am supposed to give 30-days notice today. However the only point of contact is the 135 number of MTN. I have been calling this number several times for almost an hour and NO response- just promotion jingles. I suspect that this is deliberate!! I will not let them get away with extending my contract in any way. They operate like the mafia
