MTN Contract based on lies.

MTN CONTRACT: I signed into a contract with MTN to pay R99pm, the lady said I will get 20GB anytime data as the Sim is on promotion, I then agreed and she told me I will get 20gb data day and 20gb data for night. I agreed. Within first 10 days my data got finished, I wondered how. Only to find that I get 4gb anytime data and 4gb night data plus you tube data. I then called to cancel and they are telling me that a grace period is within 7 days. But that lady I spoke to told me I can cancel within 30 days if I am not happy. Now they say they will charge me a cancelation fee as I used the Sim already. I received the Sim on the 8th and today is the 18th.

This is a *******... She sold me lies. Now am going to be charged for no reason. How can I get assistance to get recordings which I did when signing for the contract.

I need the recording and I don't want my money to be charged.
