MTN CONTRACT

MTN has the worst service I have ever experienced. I took in a cellphone contract with them only to find that the consultant I was talking to only sold me a data sim card. I then contacted mtn after delivery I was advised not to use the sim card they will discontinue the sim and cancel the contact, to my surprise a debit order was made and I cancelled it, I called and asked them what was I paying for because I did not use the sim card they took me around and I was told that once the issue is resolved they will tell me then I received an email that the issue has been resolved but they where still continuing try to debit the money that they say I must pay for something that I did not use. And they return policy doesn't state that one must pay the full amount even if the product was not used.
