RE: UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER DISPUTE

I'm appalled and outraged that your company processed an excessive and unauthorized debit order of R14,762.73 from my bank account on 25/2/26, despite only authorizing R1000. This is unacceptable and a clear breach of trust.

I demand an immediate explanation for this error and a full refund of the unauthorized amount. I also expect you to take steps to prevent such incidents in the future.

If I don't see a resolution, I'll be forced to escalate this further.
