Mtn contract application rejected

Yesterday my lady friend went to MTN Wonderboom Junction to apply for a contract . The contract was for 2 Honor 400 Lite phones for R659 for 36 months. After a credit check was done she was notified that her application wasn't approved . Asked the lady which helped her for a reason that the contract wasnt approved. Couldnt give an answer. Today she went to vodocom Waverley Plaza. She app**** fot the Honor 400 Lite and Honor 400 pro. Both contracts were approved and the value of contracts is much higher. Mind boggling and very strange. ..
