MTN Contract Application

I visited MTN Canal Walk on Sunday 03/11/2024 to apply for a laptop contract which was approved as I received a confirmation sms from MTN. It been one week waiting to receive the laptop.

I followed up with the store today they could not assist me because all the MTN warehouse doesn't have any stock in all the types of laptop deals.

How long do I need to wait? What is this MTN

Please help me understand what is happening?
