MTN contract and credit facility - *****

MTN telesales I direct rewardsco consultant acted *********ly by calling me and lying about my existing MTN contract. He claimed I have an open contract and then went ahead and loaded a second contract with some credit contract.

My suspicions had me go and enquire at the MTN branch near me to enquire what this person was referring to and they discovered the unapproved second contract that was loaded and a credit facility.

NOTE: I did not want any upgrades, new contracts or credit facilities at all.

This is extremely bad service and the next unsuspecting person will end up with two contracts without understanding how/why it happened.

MTN, I suggest you take this up with your sales teams as this is a stain on you for allowing them to act *********ly. Maybe the FSCA will get involved in the next complaint that is raised about this *****.
