MTN contract airtime expires!
Really disappointed with MTN. I’ve been a contract customer for years now. I hardly ever really make calls as I mostly use work phone when at work, as a result I have through time accumulated several hours of airtime, just to find out when making a family call yesterday that my airtime had run out. According to MTN’s new policy, airtime expires after 2 months..nice!! So I have the latest greatest S10 phone that I now have to top up on contract, what bull****!!

Your minutes and data does carry over for 60 days. If the minutes or data does not get used during this period, it will no longer be carried over..
your provisioning date is on the 17th of every month. Please note that you can check your balances and date of validity on the MTNza app. You may download this app from the google play store.
