Mtn contract

Taking an MTN contract was the worst decision of my life. I have been calling for 3 weeks and submitted proof of payment over 10 times but still my service is submitted I payed on the 8th of October and I only used the service for a little while. Even today my account is still suspended and when I call customer service those people don't help me, they just ask me to email proof of payment again. This has affected my credit score as it shows I missed a payment. I'm writing this review because I don't know where else I'm going to get help. Obviously MTN can not assist me with this
