I have had several contracts with MTN for over a decade. I recently found that one of my contracts has been suspended for several months already due to arrears [of which I knew nothing of]. Apparently the debit order was suspended and for several months I have been accumulating debits on a suspended line. MTN has made no effort to give me adequate notice of this and have escalated these to their legal department without so much as a phone call or email. Had I not called them today to query my service they would have been quite happy letting this "debt" grow while charging me for services that I am not even benefiting from.
