Mtn contract *****

They was ***** someone in Durban and I am In another province open an account under my name with no document on the system money was debited ,,case was reported but no explanation on why did this happen and who is responsible ,and the worse thing is now I have to beg them for refund on my money is over 2 months now ,have to send bank statements repeated time .
