Mtn contract

I app**** for a contract over a month ago and still haven't received my phone yet. Dsv said they would deliver this week on Tuesday but did not and didn't even try calling me. And when I called them yesterday Wednesday 06/03 they told me package is back with mtn and when I call I'm not getting any help from customer service
