MTN contract

i app**** for phone contract iphone 14 ,i spoke to calap from MTN, we agreed that i will send my documents via the WhatsApp number i did that, how ever he never heard from him i wonder what is he doing with my documents ,either it is for business purpose or his personal am no longer sure ,this is a very poor service to leave clients hanging without knowing what is going on at the back end ,am really disappointed.
