MTN contract

I've never been so disappointed in my life Mtn is showing me flames, I took a contract of 50gb data n our agreement was R199 for data & they offered a router for R9.99 which makes the total of R209 per month but now I am paying more than R300 or R400 per month worse the router is not working,
