MTN Contract

Hi,<br> My cell phone number ***.<br> I had a contract for 200 minutes per month which expires in June 2016.<br> Your MTN shop kept phoning to have the contract upgrade.<br> Went to MTN shop in Somerset Mall and dealt with Mr. Isaac Shuping.<br> My previous contract I paid no services fees and also had a 23% discount.<br> Mr. Schuping advised me to go on the Anytime 350 as according to him the MTNChoice 200 do not allow for any discount and he will only be able to give the 23% discount on that contract.<br> He also advised that the 700 minutes still due on the old contract will not expire and I can still use them.<br> My phone do not show any minutes anymore and call centre advise see Mr. Scuping who are of no help.<br> MTN Complaints on web keep asking show you are not a robot with no explanation.<br> Can you please be of help. I am a pensioner and need my minutes and the 23% discount as promised by Mr Schuping.<br> Koos Theron <br> ***<br>
