MTN **** Contract

I Hope this mail finds you well.

So in November 2024 I agreed to an MTN contract for iPhone 13 and a Data Package, of which Data was loaded instantly onto my then contact number 0737***. The next thing I expected was receiving the Device (iPhone 13) as agreed on the TeleContract, which has never come through up to to date. I have seen the latest statement MTN sent through, which I believe they include an iPhone 13 which I never received.

Kindly advise as this tempers my hard-worked for Credit Score.
