Mtn contract *****

In June 18 2024 I called Mtn to cancel my contract of Mychoise 5gb which I couldn't afford anyone. So the agent I spoke to offered me a deal of My choice 40gb for R90 per month for 3 years. I was excited since it's a less paying contract and I took it. Only to find our 17 months later that Sihle Poyana(the agent from ISON CXO RETENTIONS) made changes in my contract without forming me and under false adverti*****ts and charged me R250 per month. With realizing all this I than reached out to mtn and sent them all my documents. My I.d. copy, affidavit and the information of the agent that helped me. Firstly they responded and told me they still looking for the call recordings. That was 2 weeks ago if not 3. Since then I have been ignored when I call the RETENTIONS department and ***** department I get no help and my emails are being ignored. I need my contract with them canceled and my money paid back as I've been *****ed and paid way more than I should have for 17 months
