Mtn CONTRACT

I went to MTN last week to apply for a NEW CONTRACT (Liberty Midlands Mall). I was told that I'd be answered within 48hours. Till this day, no response whatsoever!!! I've been going there and today I went there. All they have is excuses and are not giving me a direct response. I'm very disappointed with this store phone I must say.
