MTN contract

I have taken out a black friday sim contract in november 2019 where I am supposed to be getting 30GB anytime and 20GB youtube data. Till now (april 2020) I have not received my monthly data that was supposed to be allocated to me. I have called the call centre on numerous occasions with no a single response from anyone. I am having to buy data monthly which is very costly.
