MTN CONTRACT

I have contacted MTN South Africa customer care on the 20th July 2021 at 12:57 spoke to NTOMBI requested her to cancel my contract. She reassured me that the contract is been canceled. To my surprised MTN is still billing me, saying I am on a month to month contract because i did not stop my contract. The whole week now trying to sort out their mess but no one at the contact centre is willing to assist me to cancel this damn contract. Their customer care service is very bad , they don't care about their customers needs. I approached MTN service points at Quagga centre mall still they don't want to assist with cancelation, they are referring me to customer care line. Be warned about MTN NO ONE CARES
