MTN contract

My contract ended end of August and I upgraded.October they didn’t debit I went and pay at Carlton centre myself on the 6th today my network line was suspended…When I ask they said because I didn’t pay upgrade fee,what fee😡?okay why they didn’t debit that fee.They said they just received invoiced now like honestly guys.My network was suspended while I was in the meeting F*ck MTN
