MTN CONTRACT

MTN I received a phonecall from MTN regarding an upgrade "many many weeks ago" I took a "data" contract" and the person who helped me said they will email me my contract as per our telephone agreement. I have not yet received my contract but I'm paying for something to which i have no proof. i have phoned MTN MANY MANY TIMES, and guess what....nobody is willing to help me. MTN, again.....here is my number ***....what's my contract? You already have my email address email me my contract as per your policy or like the gentleman said he will do who sold me this contract and promised me MTN is the best in the world and blah blah blah.....
