MTN CONTRACT

I received a call from one of the mtn sells person in February 2023 selling me computer under contract, we talked and agreed he must send it i will see if its okay with me if not he said i must return it to one the stores within a month and i sent it within 7 days in MTN PAVILION got even a slip that stating that i returned it following month they debited all the computer money worse not even the amount we agreed on😡 i went to the shop they said i must reverse it ans pay manual but till today i have unsettled bill from them in a way i have to go there every mnth to pay for my fone contracts because they always just debit even this R13000 of that computer.

They called asking about those unpaid amount i explained they sais i must go to the store again ans explain maybe they didn’t send it back i went there they said they sent it they gave me the number that i should give them whenever they call

i did that but still its not fixed they were keep on let me hold the line for hours but not sorting the issue cause the lady said they must just remove it under their system and the sad part i now not allowed to use #MtnMomo using my two numbers and i wanted to apply for something at the bank its appear from them please help me sorting this my email is *** and number *** and ***
