MTN CONTRACT
Got a contact at MTN that has not been in used for more that 2years.<br> Don't even know what the sell number is, trying to cancel it but with no luck.<br> All the e-mails they want me to log in on the website but the website want the sell number and the more I try to explain that I don't know what the number is and that the phone isn't working anymore the more it fall on a deaf mans ear. Tried calling but after 2 hours of waiting for someone to help me I put the phone down.<br> That's why everything gone up to **** because nobody is capable of doing their job correctly.

Our records indicate that the contract could not be terminated as the payment was not received in over a year and the account was thus handed over. Please note that the account will not be terminated until the outstanding amount is paid in full as per the terms and conditions of the contract.
We also have escalated this to the legal department and they will contact you for feedback.
