MTN Contract
After the initial contact from a consultant from MTN i thought well done . A few days after the first phone call i received i was told that i would be re imbursed and that my account had been closed, which was 1 point in their favour . I was also told that i would be reimbursed but a few weeks later i am still waiting to be re imbursed for the money that Mtn promised to pay back well, i am still waiting.

A credit of R 7562.65 was processed on the 2019-08-02 to your MTN Account. This amount will stay in your MTN account and on monthly basis for your invoices MTN will deduct from the credit and you don’t have to pay anything as long as there is credit. Thank you
