MTN Contract

On 13 November 2018, we went to MTN Store The Glen in Johannesburg South where we upgraded our previous Black Friday contract. It's a special Black Friday deal for previous customers. 100GB anytime data + 50GB nighttime data. Then you get the promotional data of 30GB, as always when you upgrade.

As of today, 22 November 2018, we only received the 30GB promotional and a little bit of the new data.

Every time we call them to enquire, they give another explanation on why we didn't get all the data yet.

The sales lady said we'll get it immediately, 24 hours later we went back to the store only to hear that it takes 7 days to load.

No one explains to us exactly how long it would take to load.
