Mtn contract

Ive had a contract with MTN for over 5years but my last contract was due for an upgrade in November,of which i chose not to upgrade cz of certain reasons ofcs,but only to find that my account was handed over by mtn to the lawyers without my knowledge ,i had a short fall of R1200 of whch i was informed abt a few weeks ago cz my line was suppended (4th april 2018)so the very next day i made payments I contacted the center i was promised by the consultants that il b contacted by the legal department so they can reconnect my line,ive been calling the center and visiting the branch almost every week without any hlp ,Iam still waiting on ur legal department to contact me n ineed my line to be reconnected ?
