MTN Contract

I did the application for MTN Contract with the call centre for Huawei p10 for R280.00 x24 in August 2017 and the phone never came. I only received the SIM card for data. I never received the phone, then I phoned the call centre to cancel the contract because the phone was not coming, 3 months down the line my account is debited for 454.20 for something I don't have.

I received a phone call from your collection department regarding this account, the lady couldn't transfer my call to retention department. How will this matter take before it's resolved. Also please remove this account on my itc. It is really affecting my credit record. And it is sad because am paying the price of someone's carelessness or Someone who can't do or don't want to do their job.
