MTN contract ****

I have been harassed and manipulated by MTN South Africa, I have been an MTN customer for over 10 years, but the service i currently received recently dont look anything like the old trusted MTN, beware of this new MTN.

I have 4 accounts with MTN, last year October was the last month that I was paying my other line, one of their service champions called me and convinced me to upgrade to a Sim only data and I agreed, but this guys have been deducting money for the phone that am done paying for, for like 4 months and when I reversed my money because I was getting over charged an amount of 1,2k for 4 months.

So when I now start reversing the amount this month they suspended all my lines. When I call the customer care they agreed they see the fault is on their side, but still told me that there is nothing they can assist me with until I pay the overdue amount that I reversed, then they can help me investigate a way on how to get my money back.

The other lady from account department made it clear that they won't assist me until I pay, and when I pay MTN would have ****med me over 7k of money that they can't explain how it got to that amount.

Am very disappointed in the services offered by MTN, and at this stage won't recommend MTN month to month contract to anyone, even if you done paying for a line they will keep on deducting the money poor service.
