Mtn contract

I've paid my contract in time and they later debited again. When I request for refund they told me to send all the POP which I did and their response was those POP doesn't qualify as proof of payment meaning I ain't going to get my money back. Mtn is a **** they are full of sh*t. I won't pay for two months unless they redund me back my money
