MTN CONTRACT

I fully paid for my contract with MTN and settled everything. After a year I am told my account was handed over to EDC, while my balance is R0.00. When I went to Conurbia branch and enquired about this, I was told to Google EDC, of which I don't even know.

I am now stuck with an account I fully paid for, and no one is willing to assist me.
